At our training programs we ask participants to evaluate us anonymously in the following areas:
• Was the event well organized? • Was the information presented in a clear, concise manner? • Was the instructor knowledgeable and spend enoufh time presenting new concepts? • Was active participation encouraged? • The degree to which knowledge and skills learned will be useful on job • Whether the training has prepared the participant to implement the Lean Methodolgy in his/her work environment.
The evaluations are sent to a third party where they are summarized, charted and returned to us so we can use them to constantly improve our training.
